At the registration on Monday morning in Ahoy you will get ready for Eurekaweek 2025! Upon showing your Eurekaweek ticket you will receive your personal wristband and participant bag filled with goodies that you can use during the week. Afterwards you will find your group and guides and kick-off the week by watching the Opening Ceremony together.

Note: if you attend the Registration on Sunday the 16th of August you can skip the line on Monday!

Ahoy I 10.30-12.00

During the Opening Ceremony, you will be festively welcomed to Rotterdam and the Erasmus University. Get to know all the associations and get to know more about the history of Rotterdam!

Campus Woudestein | 12:30 – 17:30

At this event you get to see all kinds of associations, including sports, study and faculty, student, international interests, cultural and more! You can meet several affiliated partners of the Eurekaweek as well. It’s a super fun day on campus where you can walk around, go to the faculty opening of your study and see where you want to make your future friends.

Maassilo | 18:30 – 23:00

This night, you can enjoy multiple activities all in one place! From parties to playing games, from a pubquiz to a jazz cafe. There is something fun to do for everyone. Prepare yourself for a fun night and a lot of different kind of activities to do. It’s up to you what your night will look like!

Campus Woudestein | 12:30 – 17:30

This part of the programme is open every day during Eurekaweek. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and recharge before heading off to your next event. At Basecamp, you’ll find a calm atmosphere where you can take a breather, grab a refreshment, or just enjoy a quiet moment. Hosts from student wellbeing are present throughout the week, ready to chat, offer support, or simply be there if you need someone to talk to. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful pause or a friendly face, Basecamp is here for you.
