STAR is the official faculty study association of Rotterdam School of Management (RSM).

We exist to enrich the lives of RSM students in three key areas: social life, career, and academics.

With more than 6,500 members, over 300 Active Members, and around 450 events per year, RSM STAR is the largest study association in Europe.

Every year, STAR organizes approximately 450 events, all organized by our dedicated Active Members. Over 300 Bachelor and Master students at RSM are actively involved in STAR. This means they join a committee for one year to organize various events, from ski trips, European and worldwide travels, parties and other social events, to networking events and much more. The STAR Active Member community is very close-knit and often forms the foundation for lifelong friendships.

RSM STAR owns three flagship brands:

RSM STAR Case Club: Competes in international case-solving competitions and trains members in analytical and presentation skills.

STAR Management Week: The largest off-campus recruitment and business event in the BeNeLux.

Erasmus Recruitment Days: The biggest on-campus recruitment and business event in Europe.
