Are you a student and looking to physically challenge yourself while making friends for life? Then the R.S.R.C. Is just the place for you! Having our own field and club house located just a mere 10 minutes away from campus Woudestein, we train together with all members every Tuesday and Thursday night, all three teams at the same time. After this, we all have dinner and some beers together. The games of our first team take place on Saturdays, the second and third teams play on Sundays.

Have no prior experience playing rugby? No problem, our Young Dog team consists of first years that also don’t have any experience before joining the club. Games with Young Dog teams from student rugby clubs from other cities take place every 4-6 weeks – this is the perfect way of getting into the game. With our 1st team playing in the second-highest level of the country, our teams represent our club at various levels of the sport.

The R.S.R.C. has much more to offer than just rugby. Besides the regular after-training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we host many social events: the Dies Natalis (birthday of the club), Young Dog games & tournaments, super Sundays, the Christmas date-dinner, traditional nights and of course, our infamous open parties! We also have several annual trips such as going to the beach rugby tournament in Ameland, the annual ski trip and the legendary “Trip” that takes the members of our club across the borders every summer (what happens on Trip, stays on trip!)
