Do you like exploring the cultural life of Rotterdam, do you enjoy participating in courses and workshops, or do you want to expand your knowledge of a range of current topics not necessarily related to your study? Come to a Studium Generale event! 

Studium Generale is part of the Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) and organises scientific, social and cultural programmes throughout the year. The programme consist of lectures, debates, a monthly talk show, a monthly Open Stage Night, movie nights, cultural and scientific events and a wide range of workshops, courses and performances. All students are welcome at our events (and most of them are free – no membership necessary!) 

We also provide you the chance to organise your own events at SG-Playground! Are you a talented dancer? A pro at photoshop? Researching something fascinating that you want to get out there? Then send us your ideas through our website and maybe you will be able to host your very own workshop as part of Studium Generale's programme.
