Kickstart your philosophical academic journey at ERA. Since 1986 is the philosophical faculty association ERA a place where philosophers think, talk, and enjoy each other’s company. ERA represents all students of the Erasmus School of Philosophy, full-time, part-time or double-degree all are welcome!

You can become either a passive member and enjoy everything, while not organizing or become an active member. As an active member you’ll be the organizer of an event as part of a committee.

Traditions like pub lectures of professors, PhD students and others or book auctions come around yearly. You can join us twice a year when ERA organizes a trip to a foreign destination. Other notable events for philosophy students are museum trips, book clubs and pub crawls. Make sure to follow our social media channels to stay up to date with the upcoming events.
