The Eastern European Student Association (EESA) is a cultural organization that aims to build and empower the Eastern European student community at Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR). We are the association that unites all Eastern European cultures and students into a strong, open-minded, and welcoming community at EUR. Our aim is to strengthen multicultural ties, create a family-like environment, and improve the general image of Eastern Europe in the Netherlands. We believe that a strong community can only be built piece by piece, where strength lies in our differences!

We exist out of 5 committees: Marketing, Career, Social, City Trips, and Project Management. By providing our members with exceptional events and a community, we’ve been able to grow substantially throughout the years.
