AIESEC is the biggest non-governmental and non-profit organization run for youth by youth. Within AIESEC we believe that everybody has the potential to be a leader. That’s why we strive to create a direct and positive impact in the world by designing cross-cultural opportunities aimed at different societal challenges.

These cross-cultural opportunities come in three different forms. One of them being the volunteer track (Outgoing Global Volunteer). This volunteer track is perfect for young people who seek to develop themselves, while contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals. For 6 to 8 weeks you could for example commit to SDG 15 by creating awareness for environmental problems or SDG 5 by fostering educational spaces regarding gender inequality.

Our other track is aimed at internships (Outgoing Global Talent). With an internship from AIESEC, you get the chance to kickstart your career and improve your professional skills in an international company. We have a wide range of internships in the fields of: Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, IT, Business Development & Finance. The duration of the internships varies from 6 weeks to 1.5 years. So it’s perfect for if you want to gain some practical experience during the summer break or if you want to challenge yourself after your master’s!

Lastly there is also a possibility to become a member of AIESEC. As a member you will get the opportunity to develop self-management and interpersonal skills, learn how to lead, build your network and contribute for a better world.
